Required qualifications

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Deep understanding of the dairy industry market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop sales plans and forecast sales trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts.
- Proficiency in sales CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers attend events and visit regional offices.
