About the project:
You will be supporting German speaking customers of a Swedish multinational conglomerate that designs and sells readytoassemble furniture kitchen appliances decoration home accessories and various other goods and home services. Started in 1943 by Ingvar Kamprad and currently legally headquartered in the Netherlands it has been the worlds largest furniture retailer since 2008.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for the customers and a vital brand ambassador.
- Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls.
- Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone.
- Support customers with delivery issues including tracking deliveries resolving delivery problems and checking stock availability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality.
- Deliver accurate and realtime responses to customer inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Offer:
- 1010 gross x 14 months
