Our client a leading company in the industrial sector is seeking an experienced Import/Export Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Boudry. This role involves managing logistics for document shipping coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring seamless order processing in a fastpaced international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of documents spare parts and assembly lines in accordance with technical specifications and deadlines.
- Travel Management: Plan and organize business trips for the team manage expense reports and track working hours.
- Order Processing: Enter orders handle invoicing and issue reminders in the SAP system ensuring data compliance and accuracy.
- Invoice Management: Verify and validate supplier invoices collaborate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Process Optimization: Monitor order and invoicing processes to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Schedule and organize commercial visits assist the sales team with presentation preparation and commercial offers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in export coordination and travel management with proficiency in SAP or a similar system.
- Must have experience with import/export shipments
- Swiss Experience: Prior work experience in Switzerland is required.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must hold an EU/EFTA passport; European work/residency permits are not recognized.
