About company: Our client is a digital IITianled technology company focusing on building web social & mobile solutions for enterprises across the globe.
Location: Pune (onsite)
Qualifications:
a) Experience:
- Strong experience as an individual contributor in SAP Security and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Proven understanding of SAP Security concepts and principles
b) Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP security administration tools including User Management Role Management and Audit
- Experience with GRC Access Request Management
- Handson experience with SAP Security assessments role redesign and compliance audits
- Familiarity with S/4 HANA Security design and implementation is highly desirable
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (AC) solutions is an added advantage
c) Certifications:
- Certifications in SAP Security and GRC are a plus
d) Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Capacity to stay updated with SAP Security and GRC trends technologies and best practices
- Ability to provide training and support on SAP security and GRC topics
Responsibilities:
a) SAP Security Management:
- Serve as an individual contributor managing SAP Security tasks independently
- Utilize SAP security administration tools for user management role management and audit functions
- Conduct SAP Security assessments role redesign and compliance audits to ensure system integrity and compliance
b) GRC Management:
- Oversee GRC Access Request Management processes ensuring proper access controls are in place
- Implement and manage SAP GRC AC solutions to enhance security measures
c) S/4 HANA Security:
- Participate in the design and implementation of security measures for S/4 HANA environments
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure security protocols align with business requirements
d) Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on SAP security and GRC best practices
- Stay informed on the latest SAP Security and GRC trends and technologies and share insights with the team
e) Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various teams including IT compliance and audit to ensure cohesive security strategies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand security requirements and address concerns
