• Ensure the clarity and accuracy of problems and tests within the MERN domain.

• Profound experience in problem setting for educational or competitive platforms especially with MERN stack.
• Strong understanding of current web development practices.
• Robust technical profiles online (GitHub Stack Overflow).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to explain complex solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
• Experience at any productbased company
• Understanding of the current hiring scenario
• Strong proficiency in Javascript React MongoDB NodeJS and Express
• Enthusiasm for coming up with innovative ideas to assess the proficiency of candidates on different parameters related to MERN Stack
• Awareness of Industry accepted coding practices and standards

• Familiarity with Markdown and GIT.
• Active participation in competitive coding and tech interviews.
• Experience/Familiarity with AI Tools is a plus
