Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Final Cut Pro (FCP) software to edit footage and create compelling videos
- Implement color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal
- Conduct audio editing and synchronization for seamless integration with video content
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver on artistic vision
- Manage and organize raw footage and project files efficiently
- Ensure all edited content aligns with brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the overall quality of video content
- Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining highquality work
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance editing skills
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to streamline the editing process
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and audio editing software
- Adhere to file management protocols and backup procedures
- Follow best practices for video format optimization and compression
- Ensure the final output meets technical specifications for various platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Film Media Production or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Final Cut Pro (FCP) for video editing
- Proven experience in color correction techniques and tools
- Strong proficiency in audio editing and sound design
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional video editing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of video compression and delivery formats for web and social media
- Familiarity with industrystandard video and audio formats and codecs
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work
- Solid understanding of video production processes and postproduction workflows
- Good grasp of visual aesthetics and storytelling principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
- Passion for staying updated on emerging editing techniques and software
