• Perform highquality ultrasound procedures using diagnostic imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
• Document calibration procedures for individual imaging equipment.
• Coordinate organize and make quick decisions on emergent cases ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Assist the Radiologist in performing invasive biopsy procedures using the Ultrasound system.
• Ensure accurate charging for all procedures and submit charges for correct billing.
• Maintain the Ultrasound room checking equipment and computer status for readiness and report any issues affecting workflow.
• Perform all tasks as deemed necessary or recommended by the immediate supervisor or manager on duty.
• Demonstrate competence in patient care considering populationspecific and developmental needs.
• Adapt patient assessments to accommodate unique physical psychosocial cultural and other developmental needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent.
• Minimum 1year scanning experience in Abdomen OB/GYN Vascular and Breast Ultrasound.
• ARDMS or ARRT/Sonography certification in Abdomen required within one year.
• LRST/ARRT Radiologic Technology License.
• Certification in OB/GYN or Breast Ultrasound.
• Current BLS (American Heart Association).
