Role Description
Fragrance Creative development
- Cross category fragrance creation and formulation for various customer briefs.
- Participating in olfactive RM study for various product categories.
- Create new internal perfumery bases and accords.
- Integrate company s new captives in the signature and wins.
- Develop and modify fragrances which meet customer needs while adhering to IFRA compliant and client needs.
- To create new formulations and Fragrance.
- Create cost effective fragrances based on different concepts for different functional product in coordination with marketing brief.
- To create Winning fragrances at challenging price. Create fragrances as per Brief/customers need Using company s Specialties.
- Matching of fine fragrances as well as the functional or Industrial fragrances.
- Creation of new fragrancelibrary for products like Deo Soap Shampoo Detergent Bodywash Fabric Softener Liquid Detergent etc.
