Required Languages:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees including planning and booking trips.
- Review and validate technician intervention documents ensuring the accuracy of service reports.
- Manage billing processes for interventions including preparing and issuing invoices.
- Send invoice reminders and manage payment followups.
- Prepare and issue monthly reports and dashboards.
- Assist in tracking and updating CRM tickets (Salesforce) handling and resolving CRMrelated issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must have: Experience in export logistics and travel planning.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
- Experience in import/export is preferred.
