Overview:

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive value from our products or services. This position is instrumental in maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to ensure seamless onboarding adoption and engagement with the product or service
  • Proactively assess clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer base
  • Advocate for the customers needs internally while providing feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and mitigate churn risks
  • Deliver regular business reviews and updates to customers to track progress and address any concerns
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries issues and escalations ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Monitor customer health and engage atrisk customers to prevent churn
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products functionality features and benefits
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve the overall customer experience
  • Conduct customer training sessions and provide resources to support customers success
  • Drive advocacy and referrals through exemplary service and support
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of best practices in customer success
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track customer health metrics
  • Contribute to the development of customer success assets such as playbooks and knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role preferably in customer success account management or sales
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction retention and expansion
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to drive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer success tools
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of SaaS products or related technologies
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Team player with a strong customer focus and proactive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
