Product Management Executive
Company Overview:
We are a leading technology company specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
solutions. Our RPA platform enables organizations to automate repetitive and mundane tasks
driving operational efficiency and enhancing productivity. We are seeking a highly motivated
and experienced Product Management Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to
the success of our RAPBot platform.
Role Overview:
As a Product Management Executive you will play a critical role in the development and
management of our RPA platform. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs
defining product requirements and working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver
innovative solutions. Your coding experience and product management expertise will enable
you to bridge the gap between technical development and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to drive product
strategy and roadmap for the RAPBot platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback understand pain points and identify
opportunities for product enhancement.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback market
research and business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into technical
specifications and ensure timely delivery of highquality features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate product
functionality and usability.
- Provide product training and support to internal teams customers and partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user data to measure product
success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in RPA
and product management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of coding experience preferably in JavaScript & Python
- Minimum of 1 year of product management experience
- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear and concise product specifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Product management certification or relevant industry certifications are desirable.
