Job Description
- Support Employee Opinion Survey end to end delivery and results analysis and/or report implementation as needed as well as other feedback tools
- Encode employee engagement surveys and their configurations
- Understand the full tech architecture of the virtual assistants suggest improvements / changes as and when required. Lead Plan & Gather Business Requirements for the required solution.
- Ensure clients change requests are addressed effectively in a timely manner
- Take personal responsibility for E2E delivery of the requirements collaborating closely with business and technical team members (Architects Product/Engineering Team Data Engineers Analytics Developers Testers PM/Scrum Masters and Customer to deliver a solution that meets/exceeds partner expectations
- Work with customer and their integration partners to ensure the product is well integrated
- Architect and conceptualize the solution from initiation to completion meeting client requirements
- Support CSMs with data update/correction requests
- Six to ten (610) years of analytics experience preferably delivering an HR suite with a focus on Employee Experience/ Employee surveys.
- Good documentation skills handson knowledge on report making
- Thorough knowledge of REST/SOAP/OData APIs
- Wellversed with the working of API Testing tools like Postman SOAP UI etc.
- Experience using spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets / Excel etc.
- Good interpersonal communication skills (Preferably English). Ability to interface with clients and articulate the solutions in simple & clear language
