We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in telecalling lead generation and explaining services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Explain our services clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and client information.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet daily weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall company goals.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain services to clients.
- Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
