As a Turkish Customer Support Advisor you will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customers clients and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.
Your tasks:
- Clarifying any product information;
- Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;
- Helping in subjects such as: Payment Refunds Financing Shipping Delivery and Pickup Returns and Exchanges
- Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.
What you need:
- Fluency in Turkish
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
What we offer
- Salary without accommodation: 1411 gross month
- Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119 gross month
