Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of machinery and systems
- Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Developing maintenance procedures
- Collaborating with other teams to address maintenance concerns
- Repairing and replacing faulty equipment and parts
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Implementing predictive and preventive maintenance measures
- Training and guiding maintenance staff
- Managing maintenance budgets and resources
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in technical maintenance roles
- Proficiency in equipment inspection and diagnostic tools
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and leadership abilities
- Experience with maintenance software and systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
