Job Description

Job Description: Marketing Lead Manager at Autobacs India

As a Marketing Lead Manager you will be at the forefront of driving our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility generate leads and support sales initiatives within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to B2B automotive audiences focusing on brand positioning market penetration and lead generation.
Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
Drive lead generation efforts through targeted media campaigns email marketing events and webinars ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketing content marketing email marketing and event marketing.
Create and implement focused email marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads.
Content Creation:
Write copy for owned and paid content (articles whitepapers case studies collateral landing page copy ad copy emails video scripts and any marketing collateral).
Optimize content for SEO to improve discoverability and ranking.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. Measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Manage a significant advertising budget allocating resources wisely to achieve the best outcomes across various campaigns.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and design to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends tools and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. Test and implement new strategies that can benefit the company.
Google Ads Management: Develop manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic increase conversions and maximize ROI.
Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences effectively.
AI Utilization: Apply strong practical knowledge of AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing strategies optimize campaigns and improve customer targeting.
Instagram Marketing: Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies to boost brand engagement grow followers and drive traffic to our website. Create compelling content manage Instagram ads and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine our approach.

Requirements:
Master s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
6 years of proven experience in B2B marketing preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO PPC social media email marketing and content marketing.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing automation software (e.g. HubSpot).
Strong practical knowledge of using AI for marketing to drive strategy and optimize campaigns.
Experience with Instagram marketing including content creation ad management and performance analysis.
