Job Description

Northeast Chit Fund Services Private Limited a Hyderabadbased Chit Fund company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Chit Fund services.
Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling to identify and target potential clients.
Set up and manage daily meetings with prospective clients.
Conduct sales forecasting to set achievable targets and goals.
Consistently outperform sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques.
Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their investment horizons and preferences.
Provide comprehensive information about our Chit Fund offerings and their benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with the team to create tailored investment solutions for clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed investment advice.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and selfstudy.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.


Qualifications
Proven track record of 14 years of experience in Banking Financial Services and Insurance sales.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.
Selfdriven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in Hindi English and Telugu languages.
