Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the companys market share.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products including their uses benefits and side effects.
- Educate healthcare professionals about the features and benefits of products.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit sales reports expense reports and other required documentation.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in sales practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex information clearly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
