Overview

Key responsibilities

• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including Xrays CT scans MRIs ultrasounds and other advanced imaging modalities.
• Provide accurate and timely diagnostic interpretations of medical imaging results.
• Collaborate with medical teams to discuss and interpret imaging findings.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of radiology reports and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical meetings to discuss imaging findings and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Train and supervise radiology technologists and support staff.
• Contribute to research and academic activities in the field of radiology and diagnostic imaging.
• Participate in continuous professional development and education to maintain expertise in the field of radiology.

Required qualifications

• MD / DNB / DMRD or equivalent degree in Radiology from a recognized institution.
• Valid state medical license and board certification in Radiology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiologist in a clinical setting.
• Expertise in interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging modalities.
• Strong clinical decisionmaking abilities and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using advanced medical imaging technology and software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical teams and patients.
• Excellent knowledge of radiology procedures safety protocols and radiation protection.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality and accurate diagnostic interpretations.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Experience in leading and supervising a team of radiology technologists and support staff.
• Active participation in research academic or clinical projects related to radiology.
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of radiology.
