Job Description
We are looking for 2 odoo Functional Analyst roles I in Supply chain and the other in Accounting with the below requirements
For Supply Chain functional analyst :
End to End experience in minimum 2 projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Odoo Expertise:
Indepth knowledge of Odoo s supply chain modules including Inventory Purchasing Manufacturing and Logistics.
Experience with Odoo configuration customization and process design.
Supply Chain Management:
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including inventory management procurement production planning and logistics.
Experience in optimizing supply chain processes and workflows.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with the capacity to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations training sessions and documentation.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of technical concepts related to Odoo such as workflows data models and integrations.
Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.
For Accounting Functional Analyst:
Odoo Implementation:
Configure and customize Odoo s accounting modules including Invoicing Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Design and implement workflows financial processes and internal controls within Odoo.
Solution Design:
Develop functional designs and process flows for accounting functions ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that configurations and customizations align with functional specifications.
Odoo Expertise:
Extensive experience with Odoo s accounting modules including Invoicing Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing Odoo to meet accounting and financial requirements.
Accounting Knowledge:
Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Experience with financial processes including general ledger accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of technical concepts related to Odoo such as workflows data models and integrations.
Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.
End to End experience in minimum 2 projects
