Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist with setting up the operating room and maintaining a sterile field.
• Support surgeons and surgical teams during procedures.
• Position patients and assist with patient draping.
• Document surgical procedures and equipment used accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and provide excellent support in the operating room.

Qualifications:

• Associate s degree or certification in Surgical Technology.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (e.g. CST).
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments procedures and sterile techniques.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a highpressure environment.
• Flexibility with varied schedules.
• Can start ASAP.
