IBM MDM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing IBM MDM solutions to meet business requirements
• Developing and customizing data models workflows and business rules
• Integrating IBM MDM with other systems using ETL tools
• Performing data analysis data migration and data quality management
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs
• Resolving data governance and security issues
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for MDM solutions
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Participating in code reviews and recommending improvements
• Should Have Knowledge About The Flow Of Enterprise applications in a threetier architecture.
• Must have experience in Application servers like WebSphere application server JBoss Weblogic any one of them.
• Build Deployments and implement enterprise application products to meet business demands.
• Must have experience working on Linux and Windows Operating Systems for application Support.
• Must know networking and load balancer etc.
• Should have experience in involving application level and OS patching.
• Should Have Knowledge Of SQL Queries.
• Experience Connecting To DBs And Running Queries.
• Should have experience in Defect handling and ITIL processes including Incidents Changes and problems.
• Staying updated with IBM MDM best practices and latest technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 5 years of experience in IBM MDM development and implementation
• Proficiency in data modeling XML and XSD
• Strong understanding of data integration using ETL tools
• Good to have cloud computing knowledge preferably AWS.
• Be part of oncalls and take preventive steps for recurring issues
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages.
• Knowledge of systems automation scripting languages.
• Good knowledge of cloudbased solutions.
• Good knowledge of Linux Windows & Networking.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles.
• IBM MDM is good to have and not a must.
• Skills: AWS SOAP SQL SPLUNK MDM CI/CD Application Operations Dev Ops Jenkins Service Now Production Support
• Feedback on skills Oracle SQL AWS Infrastructure as Code(IaC) with either terraform or cloud formation.
• IBM MDM certification is a plus
