About the Role
A wellestablished company that is developing a worldclass OTT platform and transforming the entertainment industry is looking for a SDET Mobile Automation Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining test scripts and product documentation. The company provides digital entertainment services including sporting events movies and TV shows to audiences in more than 16 languages. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to contribute to a leading platform that has secured more than $225mn in funding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the highest quality of the product.
- Create and manage detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases.
- Identify record document and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Keep test scripts and product documentation up to date with the latest features and changes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as an SDET Automation Engineer with automation skills in frontend client applications like Mobile TVs Web settop boxes or Living Room devices.
- 4 years of experience in either or both of the following:
- Android automation using Espresso or Jetpack Compose frameworks.
- iOS automation using the XCUITest framework.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written.
