Job Description
We are looking only for candidates from the Packaging and Containers Manufacturing industry.
Education: Graduate/Diploma in Commerce/Science/Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle enduser enquiries over email and respond to them
Analyze enquiry genuineness over telephone/email
Submit genuine enquiries to Sales team or Design team for further analysis
Prepare standard proposals/quotations (with guidance from Nichrome Sales Team)
Follow up with customers after submission of proposals
Monitor quotations and maintain a quotation register
Prepare data sheets for standard machines post receipt of order
Monitor routine documentation flow with Factory and submission to customers
Follow up with factory for supply status and communicate with sales team/customer
Routine followup of payments material to be received for trials etc. with customers
Follow up on spares enquiries
Communicate and follow up with Logistic team for required documentation
Strengthen working relationships with clients
Skills:
Basic IT skills (MS Word Excel Office PPT etc.)
Good communication and writing skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Language Known: English & Hindi
