Job Description
Role: Implementation Consultant
Location: Bangalore/Delhi
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in Management Consulting Supply Chain Domain
Position: Implementation Consultant
Position Overview: As the Implementation Consultant you will be driving solutioning & rollouts of
supply chain applications in Enterprise clients in India and overseas. You will be part of intertwined teams(Implementation and Delivery Consultants along with crossfunctional stakeholders) and Clients in discovering defining and delivering outcomebased highly impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Subject Matter expert:
Subjectmatter expert in terms of domain product and processes.
Work at the cutting edge of the product as a liaison with the client universe driving delivery of our
solutions.
Conduct the business analyses and provide product & implementation expertise to clients in how
best to use our solutions.
2. Requirements Baselining & Solutioning:
Engage in deepdive clients business & functional requirements (asis and tobe) & solutionmapping sessions (vis vis relevant BlueKaktus application modules)
Compile and finalize requirements specifications documentation or business & functional blueprint documents with consensus/ alignment across Client Product PreSales etc.
Drive application configuration as per defined processes workflows and data
Define & drive systemintegrations and customizations in liaison with Product & Tech teams
3. Project Management & Delivery:
Align project plans with granular timelines responsibles milestones review cadence with relevant internal and external (client) stakeholders
Engage in steercom and review meetings in a timely manner to drive decisions & escalations for an
effective rollout
Compile and share project progress communication internally and with client with due emphasis on key concerns/ issues
Conduct defined userreview/ testing sessions along with pilots; garner feedback & drive finetuning
Drive timely consensus and milestone signoffs from authorized client stakeholders
Facilitate training sessions and identify & facilitate resources to empower clients to leverage the full
potential of our platform
Overall be responsible for the successful (timely effective and within budget) delivery of functional
and technical components of the solution while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
and proactive management of client challenges
4. Stakeholder management:
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients & external partners to collaborate on projects
Drive change management through empathy education and envision for a successful adoption
Pointsman for problemsolving and troubleshooting
Key Performance Indicators:
OnTime Effective and within Budget GoLive of implementations
NPS (Net Promoter Score) or CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) of delivery
Qualifications/ Profile:
Management Consulting experience (projectmanaging clientfacing teammanaging role): Must 1
2 years
Supply chain domain experience: Must
Project Management: Must
SaaS experience: Desirable
Industry experience Retail/ Fashion & Lifestyle: Desirable
Edu Qualification MBA from Tier 1 institutes: Desirable
