Job Description:
Electricians with Journeyman s card or 7 years of direct electrician experience. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment NOT facilities maintenance. A qualified journeyman electrician with construction or facilities experience is not a fit. Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment in any industry (automotive preferred) Experience industrial maintenance electrical maintenance high voltage (medium voltage) 480V 120V down to 24volt DC circuitry. PLC experience Allen Bradley preferred Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important) AAM Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility so having CNC experience would be preferred. Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred. Please note that if candidates were heavier on PLCs and lighter on CNCs or vice versa it would be fine.
They DO NOT need a journeymen card they would need the required amount of experience (8 years) to be qualified.

- Troubleshooting can range from troubleshooting proximity switches light screens and safety circuits cables ethernet and communication issues motors drives relays etc.
