About Fuzia:

  1. Lead Generation for PreSales and Clients
  2. Objective: Generate qualified leads through various channels including but not limited to market research cold calling networking and digital marketing efforts.
  3. KPI: Number of qualified leads generated monthly conversion rate of leads to opportunities.
  4. Training and Conducting HOF (Hall of Fame) Meetings
  5. Objective: Undergo comprehensive training to understand the process and eventually take the lead in conducting HOF meetings independently.
  6. KPI: Completion of training within a specified timeframe successful independent conduction of HOF meetings feedback from participants.
  7. Innovating and Expanding PreSales Lead Generation Efforts
  8. Objective: Develop and implement new strategies to enhance lead generation efforts focusing on innovative approaches that align with business goals.
  9. KPI: Introduction of new lead generation methods impact on lead volume and quality measurable growth in business opportunities.
  10. Participation in Client and InHouse Meetings
  11. Objective: Actively participate in client meetings and internal meetings as needed contributing valuable insights and supporting the sales process.
  12. KPI: Regular attendance contributions made during meetings feedback from team and clients.
  13. Contribution to Team Activities and Overall Growth
  14. Objective: Engage in all team activities collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall growth of the department.
  15. KPI: Participation in team activities collaborative projects completed measurable impact on team performance.
  16. Weekly Publishing of HOF Stories
  17. Objective: Consistently publish highquality HOF stories on a weekly basis ensuring they are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
  18. KPI: Timely publication of stories quality and engagement metrics feedback from readers.
