Whats the Role
As the Senior Manager of Finance you will play a crucial role in our clients Finance team working closely with senior leaders to shape their financial strategy planning and modeling. This is a unique opportunity to build and oversee systems and processes essential for the FP&A function including budgeting and performance analysis. Youll also lead and support various ad hoc projects frequently interacting with the leadership team and other crossfunctional partners. The business spans fintech/payments real estate/rental markets credit cards loyalty/rewards mortgages and more offering rich exposure to diverse topics.
In This Role You Will:
- Work closely with the executive team to provide datadriven financial insights for key business decisions and overall company strategy.
- Serve as a key thought partner to product and commercial teams leading ad hoc analyses to understand growth profitability and unit economics.
- Partner with the Accounting function to analyze summarize and deliver monthly financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial planning processes partnering with leaders across the organization to understand their functions gather inputs and provide ongoing budgeting support.
- Perform cash reconciliation ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
- Design and implement new processes to drive continuous improvement accountability and predictability of financial performance.
- Develop strategic thought pieces and analyses on company and competitor performance.
- Support fundraising financing and capital markets activities.
- Assist with Board presentations and other investor communications.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in top bulge bracket or elite boutique investment banking and/or private equity OR
- 5 years in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a highgrowth company.
- Experience in fintech financial services payments or loyalty/rewards businesses is a plus not required.
- Strategic thinker with a holistic approach to problemsolving.
- Selfdriven with the ability to own projects endtoend and exercise strong judgment.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Eagerness to roll up sleeves and learn in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and spoken.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL data warehouses (such as Snowflake or BigQuery) and/or BI tools (such as Looker Tableau and PowerBI) is a plus not required.

Compensation Transparency: Our client believes in transparency regarding compensation. They discuss salary expectations early in the interview process to ensure alignment. New hires typically start at the lower end of the salary range with opportunities for salary growth based on performance and outcomes. The salary range for a Senior Manager Finance is $135000 $160000 plus eligibility for equity and an annual performancebased bonus.
