Subspecialty Cataract Surgeon

Reason for Adding Job Cataract Doctor retiring & Medical Retina Doctor relocating

Practice Management Full time Administrator

Relocation Bonus Offered Yes

Vacation/PTO 3 weeks 13 years; 4 weeks 3 years

Start Date TBD Open to timing

Annual Cataract Procedures 2500 95% in ASC

Est Surg Volume for this role (1000 within 2 years)

Hospital Call No

MD Experience Requirement Open to Residents Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly

Compensation 1st year guarantee 350K Est. (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)

ASC 1 ASC two ORs

Refractive Surgery Lasik Visx

Femto Laser Lensar

Phaco System Alcon Centurian

Support team for ATIOLs Yes from Surgical Counselors
Staff and Support Team Tenured

MDs on Staff 7

ODs on Staff 5

Partnership Opportunity Yes Buy in after 2 years

OD Network Yes

Research Yes will discuss
