Job Description
Creative Leadership:
- Define and lead the creative direction for events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Inspire and manage a team of designers, event planners, and production staff to deliver outstanding creative solutions.
Concept Development:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop event concepts that are innovative, engaging, and visually compelling.
- Create and present visual representations of concepts, such as sketches, mood boards, and digital mock-ups.
- Ensure that all creative elements are cohesive and contribute to a unified event experience.
