Job Description

Powelson Consulting is looking for a LCSW in Crisis & Triage Management for our Honolulu location. This position is hybrid: 2 days in office/3 days from home after new hire orientation period. The LCWS Provides ambulatory behavioral health services including evaluation diagnosis treatment planning case management and psychotherapeutic intervention provided to individuals families groups and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs.

Requirements
Requirements:Masters Degree in Social Work Passing Score on the ClinicalLevel National Board Examination Supervised Clinical Social Work Training Licensed Clinical Social Worker (in Hawaii) Basic Life Support from the American Heart AssociationDemonstrated knowledge and skill in documentation according to national accreditation guidelines. Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting. Experience in providing services to patients with addictions issues. Experience in providing Consultation/liaison Services to emergency departments. Experience in providing evidence based treatment including conducting individual and group therapy intensive outpatient treatment and/or partial hospitalization programs for children and/or adults including people with serious/chronic mental illness. Experience in writing treatment plans. Position requires working over the phone in highly stressful situations and with interruptions.
