The nurse shall be responsible for handling customer enquiries managing patient complaints assisting with medical documentation and providing direct patient care under the supervision of medical professionals.
Main Duties
Address customer enquiries promptly and provide accurate health information.
Manage patient complaints ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
Assist in the preparation organising and management of patient service reports and medical documentation.
Conduct physical examinations on patients and evaluating the results.
Provide care to injured or sick patients ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout their treatment.
Educate patients on their prescribed treatment plans and necessary lifestyle changes to support their recovery and overall health.
Assist doctors with routine medical procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in healthcare practices.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
