Discharge Summary/Med Rec
Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings
Weekly Care Plan Documentation
PreAdmission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines
Prescribing Narcotics
PAPE/H&P
24hr Services Available:
General Neuro CT Ortho Vascular
Lab Anesthesia
Beds in the Dept: 20
Other Info:
Will supervise APPs
EMR: Epic
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active CT License
BC/BE
