An established and growing diesel shop is seeking an organized effective Lead Hand for a Diesel Truck Mechanic job in Kansas City MO. The Lead hand Truck Technician position offers:

Schedule

Afternoon Shift Monday Thursday; 3:30 pm 1:30 am

Requirements

• Provide excellent mentorship and adherence to tasks for those under supervision
  
• Knowledgeable in Diesel Truck manufacturers from Freightliner Kenworth Peterbilt International Western Star Mercedes Benz Hino Isuzu etc.
  
• Experience with Cummins Caterpillar Detroit Diesel International etc. engine is ideal
  
• Scheduling updating reports
  
• Parts ordering and stock awareness
  
• Lead by example with repairs
  
• Fill in for senior staff when required
  
• Valid CDL Class A or ability to secure within 90 days
