About the Role:
As a Cold Caller you will be the crucial connection between potential clients and our outstanding sales team. Working remotely with flexible hours you ll be responsible for identifying qualified leads engaging them proactively and scheduling valuable appointments for our sales reps. Your success will directly impact our sales pipeline and play a significant role in our company s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients from diverse sources including online leads referrals and event lists.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and effectively addressing pain points.
Appointment Setting:
- Initiate contact with leads via phone calls and emails showcasing our products/services and highlighting their benefits.
- Skillfully overcome objections address concerns and schedule qualified appointments with our sales representatives.
- Confirm appointments and manage logistical details to ensure a smooth transition.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales team regarding lead quality and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying client experience.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills capable of overcoming objections and converting leads into appointments.
- Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting or a related field (preferred).
