We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us grow our online presence across various platforms.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating curating and managing content across all social media channels to enhance brand awareness engage our audience and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends analytics and best practices. They should possess strong communication skills creativity and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Curation:

    • Develop create and publish engaging content (text images videos and graphics) tailored to each social media platform (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok Pinterest).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Curate relevant content from thirdparty sources to share with our audience adding value to our social media presence.
    • Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness engagement and audience growth.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each social media channel and track performance against these metrics.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and inform strategy adjustments.
    • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Management:

    • Foster and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers responding to inquiries and participating in relevant conversations.
    • Manage and moderate usergenerated content and community discussions to maintain a positive brand image.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite Sprout Social).
    • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics including follower growth engagement rates reach and traffic to the website.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize content and improve overall performance.
    • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective content posting times and formats.
  • Advertising and Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns including budget management targeting and ad creation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events product launches and other marketing initiatives through social media.
    • Track and report on the performance of social media advertising campaigns optimizing for ROI and key objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with the marketing design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with broader company goals.
    • Stay informed about emerging social media tools trends and best practices sharing knowledge with the team.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social) and content creation tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including their respective audiences algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with SEO web traffic metrics and basic graphic design skills is a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Implementation Lead, Project Manager, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong technical background, with experience in software implementation, system integration, or IT project management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
