Testing & Validation:
Ensure that each of the above triggers is working correctly by testing with live calls.
Validate that the POST requests are sent to the correct endpoint with the appropriate body content.
Documentation:
Provide documentation on the configurations made within the Five9 system.
Document any issues encountered during implementation and how they were resolved.
