- RESTful POST Implementation:
- Configure the Five9 system to send a RESTful POST to when a call is presented (ringing) to an agent, with the Body: Ringing.
- Configure the Five9 system to send a RESTful POST to when a call is answered by an agent, with the Body: Answered.
- Configure the Five9 system to send a RESTful POST to when a call is disconnected by the agent, with the Body: Disconnected.
