Product Manager

We are working with a Telecommunication company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Product Manager to join their Vietnam team.

As the first Product Manager youll drive the roadmap and lead a crossfunctional team to deliver an optimal travel eSIM experience on mobile and web platforms. Reporting to the leadership team and working closely with founders youll focus on user and revenue growth through exceptional tech product development for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define the product roadmap for mobile and web apps.
• Collaborate with designers and developers for ontime flawless product launches and user experiences.
• Partner with technical and GTM teams to align product vision with user needs and technical feasibility.
• Identify roadblocks devise solutions and integrate emerging technologies for innovation.
• Analyze user data to identify patterns and drive actionable improvements.

Success Metrics:

• Lead the development and launch of the eSIM app.
• Continuously iterate and enhance eSIM features across platforms.
• Develop and articulate longterm strategies for market dominance including customer retention features like loyalty programs.
• Drive user and revenue growth as primary performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in tech product development preferably in startups.
• Expertise in product development with a datadriven approach.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on mentorship and flexible work environments.
• Experience in UI/UX B2C/retail tech telecom or similar fields.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on MVP principles.
