Flagship Store Manager Newbury

Our client are a rapidly expanding retail business with Stores across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a Flagship Store Manager in Newbury.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a real retail success story and be in a high profile role that would carry the opportunity to progress into a bigger role.

The Role:

• Day to day running of a Flagship site
• This Store will be used as the training Store for all new Managers who join and so you will be looking after your Store whilst also supporting those new Managers.
• Implementing new operations and product lines as a trial before rollouts across the UK
• Facilitate regular visits from the Board and Senior Leadership Team as well as externals such as suppliers.
• Managing large volumes of stock and deliveries to ensure effective inventory levels.
• Strong levels of visual merchandising displays.

The Person:

• You will be an existing Retail Store Manager.
• Ideally you will come from a highvolume background with experience of pace and multiple products.
• You will be a strong confident leader able to deal with your own store and the additional responsibilities of being a Flagship Manager including the challenges and inevitable pressure this brings.
• Ambitious and driven you will want to move forwards in a dynamic environment and match this with your own actions.
