Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice to our clients. Your main goal will be to help customers find the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Provide personalized consultations and recommendations based on customers skin type concerns and preferences

Demonstrate and educate customers on the proper use and application of products

Stay uptodate with the latest beauty trends products and techniques

Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and crossselling techniques

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role

Passion for the beauty industry and a strong knowledge of skincare makeup and other beauty products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven sales skills and ability to meet and exceed targets

Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
