The project and your role:

We are looking for an experienced and selfmotivated Senior Business Analyst to join our innovative team for one of our international projects in the ecommerce sphere for a global company specializing in customer marketing in a wide range of industries. You will work in a team of skilled software developers focusing on internal portals and clientfacing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their needs ensuring clear and actionable requirements are defined.
• Analysis and Documentation: Create comprehensive analysis artifacts using best practices (BaBOK ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 INVEST) and develop business solutions using prototyping tools (e.g. Figma).
• Process Modeling: Develop and document process models using notations (BPMN UML) and tools (e.g. Lucidchart).
• Database Management: Utilize SQL for querying data and understanding relational databases to inform solution development
• API Understanding: Apply knowledge of REST API methods and JSON syntax to establish integrations; XML knowledge is a plus.
• Methodology Application: Apply SDLC concepts and work within Scrum/Agile/Waterfall methodologies to guide project development.
• Client Communication: Conduct daily standups prioritize the backlog and communicate effectively with clients acting as a proxy product owner when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are translated into highquality software solutions.

Your skills

• 3 years of business/system analysis experience.

• Deep understanding of types of requirements and creation of analysis artifacts following best practices (BaBOK ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 INVEST).
• Strong skills in defining the most applicable techniques for requirement gathering and analysis.

• Expertise in developing business solutions using prototyping tools (i.e. Figma).

• Skilled in process modeling using notations (BPMN UML etc.) and the ability to document them using modeling tools (i.e. Lucidchart).

• Knowledge of SQL (querying data understanding of relational databases).

• Understanding of REST API (methods their application) experience in establishing integrations basic knowledge of JSON syntax (XML will be a plus).
• Understanding of SDLC and experience working with Scrum/Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Jira Confluence (Azure DevOps experience will be a plus).
