Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand image. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify market trends analyze consumer behavior and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies in line with the companys objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs preferences and trends.
Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Plan and manage marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaborate with sales product development and other teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures advertisements and website content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure their professional growth and development.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets advertising agencies and other external partners.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a large organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Indepth knowledge of market research data analysis and consumer behavior.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
