We are looking for a skilled and highly driven Compliance & KYC Officer to join our Legal & Compliance department. The right candidate will hold a key role in a team which handles a variety of interesting compliance projects for a leading B2B iGaming software provider.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review developments within the regulatory environment of the business
- Advise and support internal stakeholders on compliance issues
- Maintain compliance with existing licenses and assist in new license applications
- Carry out ongoing monitoring duties of clients and suppliers; ensuring that all applicable information and documentation is up to date
- Carrying out compliance checks on regulated clients to safeguard clients against potential regulatory noncompliances
- Maintaining updated information and documentation on all EveryMatrix subsidiary companies and other affiliated entities and individuals
- Assist in drafting updating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with the applicable regulations
- Assist in preparation of compliance reports and training as needed
- Conduct internal audit assignments to identify ML/FT compliance and other vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvements
- Work with the Senior Compliance Officers Head of Compliance Director of Legal and Compliance and all stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal and external processes and regulation
Hard skills:
- A relevant qualification in Compliance Law or Finance
- 2 years experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
- Knowledge of iGaming regulatory landscapes
- Experience in licencing and liaising with regulators
- Experience with compliance and internal control procedures and frameworks
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to provide advice on compliance matters to stakeholders in a direct and practical manner
- Ability to coordinate projects with various teams
- Fluency in English including legal English;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint)
