This firm is focused on building strong local and international relationships to provide integrated solutions. As part of a worldwide network the firm provides a broad range of services and utilises their global connections to enhance their offerings.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Valuations expert to fill a soon to be vacated (due to retirement) Partner role. With a focus on business growth particularly in business development mergers and acquisitions the firm is seeking a new partner to contribute to the expansion and development of its valuation services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with valuation and other divisions partners
- Oversee and manage current valuations engagements alongside the existing team
- Drive business development mergers and acquisitions
- Mentor develop and lead the Valuations team to ensure high performance
- Play a key role in succession planning and the seamless transition of client relationships
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Currently holding a Director Associate Director Senior Manager or equivalent position in Valuations
- Proven track record in managing significant valuations engagements
- Strong business development skills with a focus on sales mergers and acquisitions
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals within a dynamic environment
