We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Junior Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team at Raisin Bank. As a techdriven bank we are looking for someone who is excited to contribute to our financial management and analysis processes. The Junior Financial Controller will play a important role in supporting financial reporting budgeting and financial analysis within a fastpaced technologyfocused environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements including monthly quarterly and annual reports.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy with accounting standards.
• Support the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate financial data with techdriven tools.
• Ensure compliance with German financial regulations (HGB IFRS) and banking industry standards.
• Provide adhoc financial analysis and reports to senior management to support business growth initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in finance accounting or a similar role preferably within the banking or FinTech industry.
• Understanding of German accounting principles (HGB) and international standards (IFRS) is plus
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced techdriven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
