Compliance Manager Private Banking mfd 100 Canton Zug

For our client an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with a FINMA license in the canton Zug we are looking for:

Compliance Manager Private Banking (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks

Supervising compliance with the law (FinSA FinIA MiFID II FIDLEG) rules and requirements in accordance with the companys FINMA licence with emphasis on the following operations and activities:

• AML/KYC
• crossborder
• equal treatment of investors investor complaints
• data protection and professional confidentiality
• developing and maintaining necessary policies and procedures
• compliance audit
• relevant training and education of staff.

Cooperation with partner banks:

• daily cooperation developing and maintaining relationship with banks and financial intermediaries;
• reaching agreements and the most favorable service conditions for the clients;
• active participation in client onboarding at partner banks.

Requirements

• University degree
• Proven experience in a Swiss bank (5 years)
• Understanding of internal bank processes and compliance procedures
• Fluency in Russian and English; good proficiency in German
• Cpermit or Swiss citizenship
