Tasks

Mentorship and Learning: Work closely with and be mentored by our Head of Compliance Consulting gaining invaluable insights and experience.

Quality Management Systems: Assist in writing and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS) for our cannabis cultivation clients.

Process Documentation: Support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of templates and processes by making informed suggestions and improvements.

AI Integration: Explore and propose ways to incorporate AI into our offerings to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

Educational Background: A strong foundation in quality management process management or compliance.

Relevant Experience: Initial experience with QMS ISO 9001 Global GAP GACP or EUGMP standards is highly desirable.

Industry Interest: A keen interest in the cannabis pharmaceutical or agricultural sectors.

Language Skills: Fluent in both English and German as most of our clients are Germanspeaking.

Location Flexibility: Ideally you are located near our Zurich office but remote work is also an option.
