Tasks

Executive Mentorship: Work closely with and receive mentorship from our CEO gaining direct exposure to highlevel strategic decisionmaking.

GotoMarket Strategies: Assist in developing comprehensive GotoMarket concepts for our cannabis cultivation clients helping them navigate and succeed in this competitive industry.

Marketing and Sales Support: Create and refine marketing and sales materials tailored to our clients needs enhancing their market presence.

Deal Facilitation: Set up and participate in matchmaking and dealmaking meetings between cultivators and buyers playing a key role in successful partnerships.

Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to our existing templates and processes contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

AI Integration: Research and propose ways to integrate AI into our consulting offerings ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

Educational Background: Strong foundation in business management business analytics or marketing.

Relevant Experience: Some experience in consulting project management entrepreneurship or dealmaking is highly desirable.

Industry Interest: A strong interest in the cannabis pharmaceutical or agricultural sectors.

Language Skills: Fluent in English with German being a beneficial asset.
