Job Description
Job Role: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer Production
Required Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Effective planning the resources to achieve 100 % Production plan vs Actual
• Managing the WIP & Consumable Inventory
• Responsible for Production operators Training and Operator Safety on the site
• Management of Assets in the shop floor
• Establishing the Manufacturing related documents
• Analysing the Risk assessments (HIRA CIRA) to fulfil EHS & QMS requirements
• Follow EHS & QMS guidelines
• Control Scrap/defective by implementing good practices
Preferred candidate profile
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics preferable) with a minimum of 5
years’ experience (Power Electronics/Power Conversion units Manufacturing
background is preferable)
• Excellent Manpower Handling skills
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 & 45001 standards and 7QC and 8D tools
